Key Responsibilities:
• Tracking and managing shipping docs: Packing list / Invoice/ Bill of lading / Certificates of Original ...
• Present and punctual in the follow-up of shipment in charge
• Keeps constantly updated ERP system
• Calculate First Sale costs; understand First Sale program
• Co-operate with finance team to clarify payment detail/ Claim/ Liability
• Prepare and check NEGO documents with finance team
• Resolve arising problems or requests from Buyer. Participate in problem solving activities and escalate issues to relevant teams
• Identify and resolve any logistical issues or discrepancies between internal and external
• Report to team Manager
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisor

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in logistics, import-export, international business or related fields
• Minimum 0-2 year of experience in Import-Export, Customs, or International Logistics, preferably in a manufacturing or multinational company.
• Good knowledge of Vietnamese Customs regulations, import/export procedures, trade compliance, free trade agreement.
• Familiarity with ERP is a plus; Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good communication skills in both English (4 skills)
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple task.
• Proactive, collaborative, and capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
